What Causes Genocide?

The reason Genocide is caused is because people become insane or just stupid and make a cause and effect let me explain this for you

Cause: Insanity, Stupidity, and Hate
Effect: Sentenced to death and worse things I feel are to bad to describe

    I definitely agree with your reasoning on hate, although not everyone who participated in various genocides were insane, I wonder what else could account for their participation? Good post.
